Inspection
We walk the pool before touching anything — water level, surfaces, baskets, visible equipment and anything that has changed since the last visit. Problems get caught here, while they are still small.

Cleaning
Surface skimming and debris removal, deep brushing of the walls and floor, vacuuming, and a full clean of the skimmer and pump baskets. The unglamorous part, done properly.

Water Testing
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and hardness are tested on site and balanced in line with Australian Standard AS3633, with the actual results recorded in your service report — not a tick in a box.

Equipment Check
Pump, filter, heater and chlorinator checked for pressure, flow and wear. If something is heading for failure, you hear about it with a photo and a quote — before it fails.

Digital Report Delivery
Before and after photos, the chemistry readings, what was done, what we added, and what we recommend next. Sent to you the same day, and kept in your history.
